We want you to love your Melory. If you don't, here's how we make it right.

Standard version

30-day return window from delivery. Item must be unused. Refund within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Custom version

Personalised orders can only be returned for manufacturing defects. If anything is off, send a photo to hello@melory.shop within 14 days and we'll replace it free of charge.

How to start a return

Email hello@melory.shop with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid label.
